ओलंपिक हर चार साल खेला जाता है | ओलंपिक्स 1896 में शुरू हुए थे | ओलंपिक्स में पांच छल्ले बने होते हैं ,ये छल्ले (Rings) महाद्वीप को दर्शाते हैं | जो विश्व के 5 महाद्वीपो के प्रतिनिधित्व करने के सांथ ही निष्पक्ष एवं मुक्त स्पर्धा का प्रतीक है नीला सर्किल - यूरोप पीला सर्किल - एशिया काला सर्किल- अफ्रीका हरा सर्किल- ऑस्ट्रेलिया लाल सर्किल - उत्तरी एवं दक्षिणी अमेरिका |
