Preeti Patel is the Home Minister of the Cabinet of Boris Johnson, the UK's new Prime Minister, 47 years of Indian origin. Those who are considered to be one of the most prominent leaders in the current round of the Conservative Party. Like Prime Minister Boris Johnson, he is also considered to be right-wing. Earlier, in 2017, when he went to Israel to leave with his family, he had to leave the post because of violating the protocol. After the controversy on this trip, he had to resign from the post of International Development Secretariat.

Preeti Patel had opposed the validity of the marriage of gay couples in Britain.
He also campaigned against smoking.
Preity Patel is predominantly a resident of Gujarat (India) and is also considered a great supporter of the Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
Preeti Patel's family first started living in Uganda from Gujarat and in 1960 from Uganda in the UK.
